Deposit / Cancellation Policy

By booking a trip with Running Bear Fly Co., you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Final payment is due 48 hours before your trip.

• Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel 15 business days or more before your scheduled trip. Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip are non-refundable.

• Reschedules: If high water, unsafe conditions, or emergency closures prevent fishing, we will reschedule your trip and apply your deposit toward a future date (within one year).

• Guest Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the trip date result in forfeiture of all payments.

• Weather & Conditions: Safety comes first. Running Bear Fly Co. reserves the right to adjust meeting times, locations, or reschedule trips if weather, river flows, or regulations require it.

• Balance Payment: Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

We do our best to avoid cancellations and to work with you if unexpected situations come up. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
